What Is a User ID?

A user ID is an ID that uniquely identifies you on this site. Your user ID gives you access to your qualified order information, while protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. It also allows you to create new qualified orders.

You create your own user ID and are responsible for safeguarding it. If you haven't created one yet, return to the Log On page and choose Register as a New User and follow the prompts to create your user ID.
